Spend a slow winter afternoon sketching, sipping and getting pleasantly charcoal-smudged at one of Port Fairy’s coolest, cosiest haunts. Hosted by local artists Laura and James, this guided life drawing session is equal parts creative escape and warm gathering, with mulled wine flowing, pencils scratching and zero pressure to ‘be good at art’.

Whether you’re a seasoned sketcher or haven’t picked up a pencil since high school, you’ll be gently guided through a relaxed and welcoming session designed for curious beginners and confident doodlers alike. Expect candlelight, good company, a little laughter and the simple joy of creating something with your hands while the wind and weather swirls outside.

All materials supplied, though beloved old pencils and dusty graphite tins are warmly welcomed too. Wheelchair accessible via the rear entrance.
