Warm yo’ chest with a tasting from the southwest’s finest still! Malt, flavour, wash, barrels, timing, aging, notes, spirit – drink it all in, process and stories and more, across three of Timboon Distillery’s single malt Australian whiskies. Runs for a little over an hour, depending on how thirsty (for information) you are. Take the laneway to the hidden bluestone room, the site of Port Fairy’s oldest bakery, for this winter whisky event.
