It. Does. Not. Get. More rejuvenating than this. A dip to cleanse, awaken or embolden. Back it up with warming company by the fire drums, toasty BBQ breakfast and hot milo (free for participants). Long before the great Australian Bee Challenge, Chelsea Fox was across the bees and the honey. In this one-hour community event, we meet at Chelsea’s house and garden to discuss establishing and maintaining happy hives, as well as ‘making’ and tasting honey. We’ll take a close look at the garden to see what works for bees. Finally, Chelsea will open a hive and show us the inner workings. She will do this rather dramatically from inside a glasshouse while we gather around the outside and watch in fear and fascination. Honey available for purchase too, so Bee-Y.O bag! Read More
