Sun 21 July 2-4pm
Port Fairy RSL Hall, Bank St
This (free!) marine debris art workshop is hosted by local artists Denise Regan, Britt Gow and Karen Clarke, who create works made of plastic collected from our beaches, oceans and other waterways. Consider the problem of plastic pollution, understand how to reduce your plastic footprint and create your own artwork. Artists will supply plastic collected from local beaches by BeachPatrol 3280- 3284 volunteers, but feel free to bring found objects of your own.
BeachPatrol 3280 - 3284 is a group of inspiring and dedicated locals who believe we can all make a difference in keeping our coastline clean, debris-free and beautiful for future generations. Learn more about their work here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/beachpatrol3280
Spaces for this special workshop are limited to 20. Phone 0458 016 300 to book now.
