A collaborative dinner featuring one of Australia’s premium wine producers, Dalwhinnie, alongside Gladioli chefs carefully creating dishes to match wines. This iconic Pyrenees producer is known for premium Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. After 40 years of growing grapes the now fully mature 16-hectare vineyard is producing true varietal fruit characters with great concentration of flavours. The vineyard does not have its own restaurant, so this evening is a rare opportunity to enjoy food designed specifically for the wine.
