Hosted by multi-form artist Catherine Bailey, these workshops have evolved from her experience as an artist, the Atelier Studio Method (National Art School), the work of Jungian Therapist Sally Gillespie and meditative techniques from Catherine’s Qi Gong teacher, Li Ying. Workshops are suitable for beginners to those with intermediate art experience.

This (free!) marine debris art workshop is hosted by local artists Denise Regan, Britt Gow and Karen Clarke, who create works made of plastic collected from our beaches, oceans and other waterways. Consider the problem of plastic pollution, understand how to reduce your plastic footprint and create your own artwork. Artists will supply plastic collected from local beaches by BeachPatrol 3280- 3284 volunteers, but feel free to bring found objects of your own.

The freshly formed group (est 2018) demonstrate the infinite possibilities of the collage art medium, where hand-dissected images are reassembled or placed to create new meaning. Come along to meet five artists who have exhibited or published works across the globe, and who now bring their new collection of original works to Winter Weekends.
