A Romantic Evening with Kelly Auty
Kelly Auty is no stranger to Port Fairy having performed her Wild Women Concert in 2009 and at the 2010 Port Fairy Folk Festival.
Kelly will return to Port Fairy again for the 2011 Winter Weekend Festival and her repertoire of French Chanson and jazz classic drawing on many of her songs from her 2010 album, Mademoiselle Chante.
The songs are favourites from Edith Piaf, Patricia Kaas, Eartha Kitt and Charles Aznavour. Produced by Kelly and Warwick Thomas at Sound Concepts, Melbourne, this CD is a soulful outing.
Kelly sings with the wonderful musical talents of Boris Conley, Nick Carrafa, Herman Schwaiger, Paul Williamson, Brian Kemp, Steve Grant, Dave Evans, Linda O’Brien and Chris Sommervelle on this earthy, dynamic album.
Kelly will be performing at the Reardon Theatre, Port Fairy - Saturday 2nd July with a one-off concert starting at 7pm.
Tickets: $20 per person ($15 concessions).
