The Port Fairy Winter Weekends Festival is two, themed weekends spread over June and July each year which has been established to boost tourism to the town and surrounding region. The festival aims to showcase Port Fairy as a romantic and dynamic all-year round destination.

Port Fairy is renowned as an historic, intimate, harbour village with a quiet charm but the town has much more to offer. It is home to the internationally renowned Port Fairy Folk Festival staged in March each year and the popular Moyneyana Festival that has been entertaining visitors and lo cals alike during the summer period for over 60 years.

As well as the Winter Weekend Festival activities held over winter each year, there is also the Port Fairy Festival of Words in September incorporating the Ex-Libris Book Fair and the October Spring Music Festival. So Port Fairy really does know how to run festivals!

Come visit Port Fairy in winter during one of our festival weekends and discover that there is always something happening in Port Fairy!
